Downer PipeTech and British based M3 Group have enjoyed a strong and close relationship since the successful introduction of M3’sTunneline structural culvert rehabilitation solution to the Australasian market.
To further build on the two company’s growing relationship, ITS are pleased to announce that M3’s CEO, Andy Marchant has taken the opportunity to acquire a shareholding in Downer PipeTech commencing from July 2014.
In addition Peter Marchant (formerly of M3 U.K.) has joined Downer PipeTech in the role of Product Development Manager and will assist with the development of new technologies, markets and design standards.
The current Directors and Management team at ITS are delighted to have the opportunity to further build on the already close relationship between the two organisations and look forward to the anticipated growth of ITS & Tunneline in the Australian marketplace.
